Priestley Group is thrilled to announce plans for our London expansion – a move that follows a period of significant growth across the North of England.
We’ve recently purchased our first two sites in the capital: the redevelopment of the Packington Arms in Islington and the full-scale renovation of a further residential development in Finsbury Park.
Both buildings are being purchased by subsidiaries of our group’s award-winning developer, Priestley Homes, and will be extended and completely transformed from their current use, to form luxury apartments.
All work will be completed by sister company and main contractor, Priestley Construction, which has also joined the London expansion.
Once work is complete, we will retain the properties for the rental market.
We’re also planning to recruit a new contracts manager and a quantity surveyor, who will work from our new offices in Angel, Islington. Watch this space!
